This Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures ("E-Sign Consent") explains your agreement to receive records electronically and to use electronic signatures with WorkMade Technologies, Inc. ("WorkMade"). Please read it before agreeing. It applies under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state law (such as the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act).
1. Your Consent
By agreeing to this E-Sign Consent, you agree that we may provide all communications, agreements, disclosures, notices, statements, tax forms and worksheets, and other records (collectively, "Records") related to your use of the Service to you in electronic form, and that your electronic signature on any document has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Your consent applies to all Records during your relationship with WorkMade unless you withdraw it.
2. Your Right to Paper Copies
You have the right to receive any Record in paper (non-electronic) form. To request a paper copy, contact legal@workmade.com. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies, which we will tell you about before charging.
3. Withdrawing Your Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Records electronically at any time by contacting legal@workmade.com. Withdrawal takes effect after we have a reasonable time to process it and does not affect the legal validity of Records provided or signed before withdrawal. If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to provide some or all of the Service and may need to close your account.
4. Keeping Your Information Current
To make sure we can deliver Records to you electronically, keep your email address and contact information current in your account settings or by contacting help@workmade.com.
5. Hardware and Software You Need
To access and retain electronic Records, you need: a device with internet access; a current version of a common web browser (for example, recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge); software capable of viewing and saving PDF documents; a valid email account; and sufficient storage or a printer to retain Records. If our requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you cannot access Records, we will notify you and, where required, obtain your consent again.
6. Confirming You Can Access Records
By agreeing, you confirm that you can access information in electronic form, including PDF documents, and that you are able to retain Records (for example, by saving or printing them). Questions? Contact legal@workmade.com.
